Description
Organic Living Soil
The original goal when creating Orgasoilux was to design a premium organic soil that’ll allow the cannabis plant to fully express itself.
Genetics and environment dictates the success of the plant’s growth and final product. With this in mind, healthy soil is one of the crucial foundational components of this environment.
Balance of the substrates, minerals, microbiology and elements is needed for the soil to function properly and perform strongly. Through years of research and development along with rigorous in the field
and laboratory testing; we are able to create a stabilized high performing deluxe living soil for cultivating cannabis of the highest and purest quality, both indoors and outdoors.
Our substrates are a blend of sphagnum peat, microbially conditioned cocopeat, perlite, compost and vermicompost. Blended together they provide the correct physical and microbial properties for an optimal living soil base.
The correct balance of microbiology is needed when designing living soil, the trillions of living microorganisms are essentially what make a “living” soil. We have focused on promoting & enhancing microbial biodiversity by using techniques and methods from pre-industrialised farming eras, such as the Korean natural farming (KNF) method and modern organic farming biotechnology.
This microbiology is essential to process various amendments added to the soil which provide the plant with essential nutrients. Certain crucial elements like manganese and iron are needed by the plant
to biosynthesise cannabinoids. The balance of these elements controls the chemistry of the soil. Orgasoilux has been laboratory tested, both locally and internationally allowing us insight into the biochemical efficacy of our soil mix and make adjustments where needed.
_
Orgasoilux has been specifically designed for growing cannabis but works well for any heavy feeding annuals such as maize, potatoes, tomatoes and brassicas.
The mix of compost, cocopeat, sphagnum peat moss (sustainably harvested), perlite and earthworm compost/castings gives an excellent soil texture which drains perfectly while still holding the correct amount of water.
The compost, castings, raw nutrients and minerals mixed into the soil will provide enough food for the plant and soil microbes for 3 – 6 months depending on the plant.
Orgasoilux has also been designed to be reused, by simply adding a top dressing of the Elemental Blend ~ mineral and nutrient pack.
To enhance and unlock the full potential of Orgasoilux it is recommended that a beneficial root fungi – mycorrhizal fungi be used when transplanting (note this is not needed for the brassica family due to a different microbial community in their rhizosphere).
Mulch is also highly recommended as it performs various beneficial functions on the soil from insulation and pest deterrent to providing a slow release of nutrients.

Orgasoilux organic living earth blend is a premium cannabis soil mix that has been in commercial production since 2011.
The soil has evolved throughout years of rigorous testing in all growing environments including indoor, greenhouse & outdoor. The quality of the soil blend has been laboratory tested both locally at Bemlabs & SGS and also internationally at Logan Labs in the United States.
Using scientific data and analysis, our soil has been balanced with various organic minerals and nutrients to ensure that the macro/micro nutrients and trace elements work synergistically with the soil’s microbiology and substrates.
The soil has been designed for:
growing boutique quality cannabis
fast growth in indoor, greenhouse and outdoor environments
maximum terpene and cannabinoid production
heavy yields
pest resistance
microbial biodiversity
continuous use
User Instructions:
Seeds can be sown directly into Orgasoilux. (Add mycorrhizal fungi underneath the seed when sowing)
Clones, young plants and established plants can be transplanted directly into Orgasoilux, be sure to use mycorrhizal fungi when transplanting.
After transplanting add a layer of mulch on top of the soil and water.
Outdoor plants can be watered once a day during Spring and the early stages of the plant’s life.
As the plant and its roots grow, the plant may require watering twice a day.
Indoor plants can be watered every second day during the early stages of its life and once a day towards the end of the plant’s life cycle. (Be careful of overwatering in the early stages)
Feeding:
The soil has been amended with many minerals and nutrients which will sustain the plant’s nutritional requirements for some time. For those wanting to use an organic liquid nutrient feeding program you may begin after the second week of the vegetative growth cycle.
Our own organic liquid feeding chart is available online.
For those wanting to not use commercially made organic liquid nutrients and grow with a “water only” method. We recommend using actively aerated compost tea and fermented liquid products. When using the “water only” method it is import to use large volumes of soil, each cultivars nutritional requirements are different and container size, plant size and age dictate how much nutrition the plant needs.
A rough guideline for water only container size would be a 30-60L container per plant for a 3 month life cycle (1 month of vegetative growth and 2 months of flowering).
Re-amending used soil:
To re-amend used soil we recommend using our Elemental Blend Mineral and Nutrient pack at 10-15ml per litre of used soil, sprinkled on top as a top dressing and cover with mulch. The soil can be re-amended every 2-3 months. Our range of tea brewers and ferments are also available online and from various retailers.
